After studying cultural studies, Haymo Empl dealt intensively with pop culture in the media and the associated influence on society.

His precise observations are critical, sometimes revealing and extremely astute.

 

“Deadly Intrigue” is his first new city novel in 20 years and is the start of a crime series from Diversum Verlag about star chef Tia Adam, social media youngster Tarek Alfarsi and TV fortune teller Tim Stein.
